Yes, another wonderful recipe from damndelicious.net.

This is a family favorite that all of us enjoy frequently, Korean Beef Bowl. It's perfectly delightful just the way it's shown on the website, but there are just a couple things I do differently. Number one, I make extra sauce - usually about 1.5 times the recipe, but reduce the sugar a bit. Number two, I use fresh frozen ginger. It comes in a cute little pack and you just pop out a nugget of ginger goodness.
Like Chungah, we always have it with steamed broccoli, which we mix right into the bowl. It's easy, it's delicious, it's just as good the next day. Also doesn't hurt to put on a nice squeeze of sriracha for a little bit of heat.
